Spectral Run is an active ability of the Specter Shoes.
Take a spectral form, turning yourself invisible while channeling for up to 16s (can move while channeling; taking damage ends the channel).
Each 0.5s channeled costs 2% of your Max Energy.
Moving more than 15m decreases all damage you deal by 50% for 3s.
