Raging Storm is an E ability of the Bow of Badon.
Shoot a storm-infused arrow in the targeted direction, which explodes into a 5m radius stormcloud lasting 5s upon impact with an enemy.
Deals 50 magical damage every 0.3s (this damage cannot be reflected).
Enemies leaving the area will continue to take 348 magical damage over 2s (this also happens after the cloud disappears).
Whenever the ability deals damage, it will interrupt the hit enemy's spell casting.
