Targeting an ally will freeze the target in a crystal immediately for 2s.
Targeting an enemy will freeze the target in a crystal after 1.1s for 2s, if they haven't left the field.
Frozen targets are stunned, immune to damage, and can't be healed.
After the freeze ends, the crystal explodes, dealing 563 magical damage to all enemies within a 6m radius.
